Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to me at Bella Braids. It is reserved strictly for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, i ask respectfully that You please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving me a notice, other Clients miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and receive services.
So I ask that
āØAll appointments be canceled 24hrs in advance. (charged 50% of your service price)
āØif you show up 15min after scheduled appointment time. Youāre considered LATE and your appointment is canceled. Unless notified in advance.
If appointment is still available to you there will be an additional $20 added to service at checkout.
āØ2 NO SHOWS= 100% charge for scheduled service price. Also note that I have the right to BAN you from booking with me in the future.
